The Critical Technology Initiative's faculty team spans the College of Engineering, School of Computer Science, Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, and Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences, with participation from the Tepper School of Business. In addition, CTI has an enduring relationship with the Block Center for Technology and Society, the Wilton E. Scott Institute for Energy Innovation, and the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy and Technology.
Leveraging our interdisciplinary expertise and skills in a way that is truly Carnegie Mellon, our team is pushing innovations at the intersection of hardware, software, and policy to change the possibility frontier for our nation, citizens, and society.
