Staff awards
College of Engineering Staff Recognition Awards include Innovation; Inspirational Leadership; Continuous Excellence; Spirit; Rookie; Burritt Education; and Collaborative Impact.
Staff who have been in the College of Engineering for more than six months are eligible for these staff awards unless otherwise stated.
In order to honor outstanding staff members, the College of Engineering has established the Staff Recognition Awards: Innovation; Inspirational Leadership; Continuous Excellence; Spirit; Rookie; Burritt Education; and Collaborative Impact. Recipients of all awards receive an engraved award and a monetary prize.
Part of the mission of the College of Engineering includes the creation and dissemination of engineering knowledge in a friendly and supportive atmosphere for the benefit and welfare of all people. To this extent, nominees for the awards will be judged on the basis of their performance in advancing the College of Engineering toward these goals.

Nomination notes
- All nominations must be current.
- Andy Award packets and previously submitted packets are not eligible for consideration.
- All letters of recommendation and/or support must be from the current year and tailored specifically for the College of Engineering Staff Recognition Awards.
- Nominees will receive a copy of their nomination packet after the award ceremony.
