Arin joined ESC to foster a connected and thriving engineering community. On campus, he is part of Senate and Carnegie Mellon Racing. Outside of class, he enjoys watching cricket, playing Mario Kart, and reading nonfiction.

Sarah joined ESC because she wants to foster inter-major connections within the College of Engineering. In her free time, Sarah enjoys long-distance running, baking, and bouldering.


Naomi Dibong

Junior

She joined the ESC because of her love for planning and organizing events, as well as her desire to help create a supportive and inclusive environment within the engineering community. She believes in the power of fostering a sense of belonging for everyone. Outside of school, she has a strong passion for cosmetics and skincare, exploring new formulations and trends. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends.


Tommy Gordon

Major: Mechanical Engineering

Sophomore

After serving on the College of Engineering First-Year Advisory Board, Tommy joined ESC to continue fostering a stronger sense of community. In addition to ESC, Tommy is involved with Carnegie Mellon Racing and the club rugby team. He enjoys biking, playing soccer, and reading about history and current events.


Jayden Ku

Major: Materials Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering

Sophomore

When he’s not studying or sleeping, Jayden enjoys playing piano, watching movies, and running. During his first year, Jayden wanted to help contribute to the strong engineering community that he found, hoping to help other CMU students feel just as welcomed as he had.


Rucha Kurani

Rucha joined ESC because she enjoyed her time in FAB and loves to plan events for her community. She is heavily involved in planning events for the Society of Women Engineers and CMU Om. She loves reading, watching F1 and exploring different restaurants!

Medha loves to get involved her community and meet new people from diverse backgrounds, so she joined ESC. A few of her interests outside of school work and ESC include dance, badminton, art, and baking.


Hannah Noh

Senior

Hannah really values her community and enjoys planning events, which is why she joined ESC. On campus, she is involved with Central Church Student Fellowship, CIA Buggy, Society of Women Engineers, and All University Orchestra. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, spending time with friends, cooking, and hiking.


Rayann Rani Ramoutar

Junior

Rayann joined ESC to help host events and meet new people. She finds it incredibly rewarding when the team’s hard work results in long-lasting memories for all of the College of Engineering! She also plays multiple instruments, including piano, clarinet, saxophone, and harmonium. She loves creative pursuits such as sewing and painting as well as physical pursuits such as tennis and biking, although she’s not that great at sports.


Keya Sharma

Keya joined ESC to help build and strengthen the engineering community through fun events. Outside of class, she is involved in Residential Education as a Community Advisor for a First-Year Housing Community. In her free time, she likes reading and taking walks around Pittsburgh, especially to Treat in Shadyside!


Moon Tan

Moon joined ESC because she enjoys taking on different roles in event execution for the engineering community. She also loves to work with the supportive and dynamic ESC team. In her free time, Moon enjoys travelling with friends, crocheting, and cooking!
