The MechE DEI Taskforce Mentorship Subcommittee is hosting a Negotiation and Assertiveness Workshop for MechE students, staff, and postdocs. We will be meeting at the Wean Hall Patio Tent.

During this workshop you can learn from professors and alumni about their experiences negotiating and how they asserted what they wanted for their jobs. You will have the opportunity to ask questions both to the group and more individually when we split into groups of your choosing to determine what is most important to you in a negotiation with the help of a worksheet. Sandwiches from Panera will be provided.
