Apply to the graduate programs in the College of Engineering using the online application.

  • You do not have to complete the online application in one sitting. You may access your application and change your answers as many times as you like.
  • Once you have submitted, you will be able to upload required materials, edit recommendation requests, and enter new test scores through your application status page. You can reach this by logging into your account. Applications may not be reviewed until all required materials are received.

Carnegie Mellon University publishes an annual campus security and fire safety report describing the university's security, alcohol and drug, sexual assault and fire safety policies, and containing statistics about the number and type of crimes committed on the campus, and the number and cause of fires in campus residence facilities during the preceding three years.
