Topic: Placing Inclusive Education In Conversation With Digital Education
The American University in Cairo and University of the Witwatersrand
This presentation explores the intersection of inclusive and digital education. It argues that digital education must be inclusive to avoid exacerbating inequalities. Additionally, the experiences of inclusive education can inform the development of digital education. It proposes that both inclusive and digital education require a rethinking of traditional approaches, focusing on values, beliefs, and the systematic organization of online learning.
