Rob Henry has acquired extensive managerial and development experience during his 30+ year professional career. Currently, he serves as the VP of People, Culture, and Talent with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). In this role, Henry provides an overall global strategy for achieving CASE’s vision and mission related to human resources, DEIB, talent management and oversees CASE Europe operation in London.
Henry previously served roles at CASE (VP for Education), Yale University, the University of Connecticut Foundation, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Michigan State University. He has offered training to global markets (Africa, Europe, Australia, and South America). He holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication from Murray State University and a master's degree in communication from Eastern Michigan University, where he serves as a member of the EMU Foundation Board of Trustees.
H. Ryan Steele is an imaginative advancement professional whose career has focused on donor experience. After completing the CASE Advancement Internship program with the Kansas State University Foundation, his passion for the advancement profession was solidified. Later, he joined the team at K-State as a resident in the inaugural year of the CASE North America Fundraising Residency Program upon his graduation from Morehead State University. He now serves as the Director of Donor Experience for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). In this position, his focus is to manage and sustain a comprehensive development program for the global association

These offerings include professional development opportunities, conferences, research publications, and networking events. CASE helps institutions in the fields of fundraising, alumni relations, marketing, and communications, aiming to enhance their ability to advance education and engage stakeholders effectively. Additionally, CASE offers a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the educational community.
