A cyber-physical-social digital twin for diagnosing human-induced root causes of advanced manufacturing (AM) faults and production inefficiencies is being developed to provide automated, in-time action corrective mechanisms that can surpass current human-in-the-loop functionality and advance industry training for skilled AM workforce.
