Dave P. DeLo

David DeLo brings over ten years of experience in both research administration and department administration to his role with the Critical Technology Initiative. In addition, he has well over 10 years of industrial experience leading profitable advanced manufacturing business units involved in novel machining and additive manufacturing technologies applied across a broad range of industries and international markets.  He also has a significant publication record in materials engineering, both at CMU and at the Air Force Research Laboratory, studying and computationally modeling novel processes applied to high-performance alloys. A three-time Carnegie Mellon graduate, he earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, an MBA, and a BS in Chemical Engineering.
