ESTP students are part of a close community of learners at Carnegie Mellon. Our program provides ample opportunities for students to collaborate in the classroom, and our cohorts often take the opportunity to extend these relationships into social activities.

ESTP student handbook

Updated annually, our student handbook contains detailed information on our degree requirements, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the College of Engineering graduate student policies and the University policies are available as resources.   

Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) - ESTP and CPDC staff work closely together to support students' professional development, including helping them find jobs and internships.

Community Health & Well-Being - Campus and community partners work together to prioritize and focus on the many components of health and well-being, including Counseling & Psychological Services, Religious & Spiritual Life Initiatives, Student Support Resources, University Health Services, and Wellness Initiatives.

Student Academic Success Center - A variety of opportunities are available for students, including academic coaching, tutoring, supplemental instruction, communication consulting and workshops, accommodations and support for students with disabilities, and language support for English language learners.

Off-Campus Housing Guide -  CMU does not provide on-campus housing for graduate students, but does provide resources to assist you in finding off-campus housing.
