A campus community
As part of the Carnegie Mellon community, we are well-connected to our on-campus partners in energy-related initiatives, including:
- Wilton E. Scott Institute for Energy Innovation - enables collaborative research, strategic partnerships, policy outreach, entrepreneurship, and education in order to address the world’s most pressing energy challenges
- Electricity Industry Center - studying technical, economic, and public policy issues related to the electricity industry
- Steinbrenner Institute for Environmental Education and Research - advances environmental education and research at Carnegie Mellon University
- Center for Climate and Energy Decision Making
- Institute for Green Science - a department of Chemistry initiative to advance dimensions of chemical sustainability by broadly developing the fundamental science and applications of green oxidation catalysis in partnership with sustainability-oriented scholars in multiple disciplines.
