Leigh Oliveras
Associate Director of Career Services, CMU Silicon Valley
As the go-to career consultant, Leigh Oliveras’ primary role is to support CMU-SV students in their career and professional development through workshops and individualized coaching and advising.
Oliveras joined CMU-SV in 2016 as Student Services Coordinator within the Integrated Innovation Institute. Before joining CMU-SV, she was assistant director of operations for summer programs at Georgetown University. She has a master’s degree in organization and leadership with a concentration in higher education and student affairs from the University of San Francisco, and a BA in Psychology from UC San Diego. In her spare time, she mentors a team of high school entrepreneurs through BUILD, a non-profit organization in the Bay Area.
