This event is a hands-on dive into PyPSA-Earth, the open-source tool for designing and simulating national-scale energy systems. Participants will learn how to set up and run models, then put their skills into practice with a case study on Egypt’s energy transition – testing how carbon budgets, energy demand patterns, and technology choices shape the path to net zero.
