The goal of the Afretec PI Meeting is to foster collaborative research among Afretec members, connecting established faculty with junior researchers. Beyond nurturing research excellence, the PI meeting will provide a forum to identify funding opportunities and maximize the visibility of the network across the African and global research communities.

This event is an invitation-only event for Afretec Network members. Each active Afretec Network grant will have three attendees:

  • Principal investigator
  • One additional investigator
  • One student researcher
