The Gender in STEM Workshop 2025 aims to empower women and girls by providing skills, mentorship, and policy insights to bridge gender gaps in STEM. Expected outcomes include enhanced STEM skills, actionable policy recommendations, and a sustainable mentorship network for young women in Rwanda.
