- Exploring the mechanical properties of live matter and materials at the Nanoscale

- Surface energy mapping by means of Adhesion Force Spectroscopy
- High Resolution Scanning Probe Microscopy
- Revealing the small structure by different SPM techniques
- High resolution imaging of biological objects
- Role of environment in High-Res AFM
- Characterization of Materials with a Combined AFM/Raman Microscope
- Benefits of co-localized AFM and Optical Imaging (diffraction limited)
- Tip Enhanced Raman Scattering (TERS, “nano-Raman”)
- Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy (SNOM)
Lecture talks will be followed by live demos on real systems.
Both experienced AFM users as well as researchers who would like to learn more about how AFM/AFM-Raman capabilities could impact their projects would find value in the workshops.
