The College of Engineering Center for Faculty Success has been relaunched under the joint leadership of Reeja Jayan and Katie Walsh. The relaunched Center will provide enhanced orientation programming, professional and leadership development opportunities, and improved resources to empower and recognize faculty success.

As faculty members of an elite university, Carnegie Mellon engineering professors are expected to excel at teaching, conduct cutting-edge research, mentor students, disseminate their discoveries, contribute to the university, and make an impact in their field and on society. Meeting such high expectations can be challenging, but finding support and resources to manage the demanding workload can help ensure career advancement and success.

The Center for Faculty Success is building programs, curating resources, and providing critical support by leveraging the strength and experience of our entire community to serve the individual needs of faculty at all levels.
