The 2024 SaTC PI Meeting will take place at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, located at 1000 Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The meeting dates are Tuesday, September 3 (arrival night) - Wednesday, September 4 and Thursday, September 5 (meeting days), 2024.
Meeting rooms
All meeting activities will be located on level three of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom
- Ballroom A will host the general sessions.
- Ballrooms B and C will host all meals (breakfast, lunch and the closing reception).
- Registration and hospitality will take place in the Ballroom Gallery.
Breakout rooms
The breakout rooms will be 301 to 307, 310, 311, and 315 to 319 (14 total breakout rooms).
Accommodations
The Westin Pittsburgh, located at 1000 Penn Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15222, is connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. For attendees of the SaTC PI Meeting, the hotel is offering a limited block of rooms at a special rate of $179.00 plus tax. Additionally, a smaller block of rooms is available at the Government per diem rate of $136.00 plus tax, subject to the requirement of presenting proof of Government ID upon check-in.

- The deadline for booking rooms at the group rate is Friday, August 9. All meeting attendees are responsible for making their own lodging accommodations, so please make your reservations early to secure a room at the group rate.

Take I-376 E (towards Pittsburgh) through the Fort Pitt Tunnel and across the Fort Pitt Bridge. Take Ft. Duquesne Boulevard Exit 6C. Follow signs to Convention Center/Strip District on 10th Street Bypass. The Convention Center will be located on the right.
From the East | PA Turnpike
I-76 W (PA Turnpike) to Exit 57 Pittsburgh. Take I-376 W to Exit 72B Boulevard of the Allies. Take I-579 N to Seventh Avenue/Convention Center Exit. Take Seventh Avenue. Turn right onto William Penn Way. William Penn Way becomes 10th Street. The Convention Center will be straight ahead.
From the West | PA Turnpike
I-76 E (PA Turnpike) to Exit 28 Cranberry. Follow signs to I-79 S to I-279 S across Ft. Duquesne Bridge to 10th Street Bypass. The Convention Center will be located on the right.

Parking
