The new College of Engineering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategic plan communicates an objective of engaging everyone in DEI efforts. We believe that one way to execute this objective is through Intergroup Dialogue, which engages participants in conversations across difference while practicing active listening, empathy, and perspective taking. This will be an information session for those interested in learning more about Intergroup Dialogue before signing up.
