Diversity and inclusion
In support of a diverse and inclusive community, the Plaidvocates program organizes Bias Buster workshops for unconscious (implicit) bias awareness and mitigation. Plaidvocates are faculty advocates trained in identifying and minimizing the effects of implicit bias. They can typically be part of faculty search committees, serve as faculty mentors, or lead administrative units.
