Center for Faculty Success: Leading in Dynamic Times

All faculty in the College of Engineering are invited to attend this special presentation of the Engineering Leadership Fellows Program. We especially encourage anyone interested in applying for the 2026 cohort to attend.

One of the most challenging contexts for leadership is navigating through long term uncertainty. This seminar will empower faculty leaders to:

identify when they are in a dynamic time
adopt practices for leading themselves and others as well as for managing distress
explore approaches to influence the larger environment within which they are positioned to lead

Presented by Adam Goodman, Clinical Professor in the McCormick School of Engineering and Director of the Center for Leadership at Northwestern University.
