Eni Halilaj, assistant professor of mechanical engineering and biomedical engineering, is presenting a new seminar series sponsored by the Center for Machine Learning and Health (CMLH). These talks from academic and industry leaders will bring together researchers across campus and stimulate timely conversation around digital health and our community’s role in the future of healthcare.

The mission of the CMLH is to promote novel digital health technology that rethinks and reinvents paths to wellness, healthcare delivery, and healthcare infrastructure. The CMLH is a technology agnostic (not just machine learning!), university-level center whose participation in is open to the entire University. Euan Ashley, MD, Ph.D., is a professor of medicine and genetics at Stanford University. His forthcoming book The Genome Odyssey will be out on February 23rd.

Ashley’s seminar will include topics such as: precision medicine, human genome, cardiology, mobile health, big data in medicine, and clinical research
