Join Carnegie Mellon University's Wilton E. Scott Institute for Energy Innovation as we hear our distinguished speaker Val Jensen, senior vice president of Customer Operations at ComEd, deliver a lecture titled, "Designing the Utility of the Future."
Bio
As senior vice president of Customer Operations, Jensen is responsible for overseeing all customer services, including Customer Financial Operations, Customer Care Center, Customer Field Operations, Energy Efficiency and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
ComEd is a unit of Chicago-based Exelon Corporation. ComEd delivers electricity to approximately 3.8 million residential and business customers across northern Illinois, or 70 percent of the state’s population.
This event is free and open to all students and members of the public. Lunch will be available 15 minutes before the start of the lecture.
